Strategic Institutional Mission
Asia’s stories must be told in Asia's own voices. Authors Asia dissolves linguistic barriers by sponsoring direct translation between languages such as Hindi, Mandarin, Persian, Bahasa, and Japanese, establishing independent publishing corridors that elevate regional storytelling.
Operating as a self-governing entity under the Asia Association charter, this platform coordinates directly with accredited foreign service posts, national commercial bodies, academic faculties, and civil volunteer networks.
Core Strategic Focus Areas
- Direct translation grants connecting regional Asian languages directly without English mediation
- Author salons, digital readings, and continental literary festivals
- Preservation of endangered oral literatures and indigenous poetry archives
- Intellectual property rights and digital distribution literacy for independent writers
- Annual Asian Literary Excellence & Translation Medals
